Sensor Observation Continuity studies two related problems: continuing a previously observed scene after a sensor disconnects, and constructing a scene from observations captured by other sensors. The proposed system builds a bounded numerical representation, tracks uncertainty, and marks the distinction between observed, replayed, and predicted state. The paper assigns AI Laboratory the research-studio role and Archetypal AI the governance of model release and use, alongside representation, experiment, trust-evidence, instrumentation, and edge-deployment collaborators. Success means a measured operating envelope and a clear point at which current state must be treated as unknown.
