A Human Work product initiative

Future of work

Create the environment. Demonstrate the work. Preserve the contribution.

Human Work Platform is Human Work’s simulation-led product for preparing people and organizations for the future of work. SMEs and creators turn a real workflow into an interactive environment; workers practice or perform bounded tasks; human stewards and reviewers oversee sessions and evaluate evidence. Each contributor’s Personal IP Packet records work context, skills, decision episodes, stated rationale, behavior, corrections, artifacts, review, and permissions. The current project includes a clickable prototype and a proposed simulator MVP. Production enforcement, customer deployment, and physical-AI transfer remain to be validated.

Product scope

From capability to application.

Simulation studio

Author an approved work brief, scene, task rules, scenario variants, evidence plan, and operating policy. Begin with a bounded workcell such as incoming quality inspection.

Work and human stewardship

Separate practice from assessment, capture decisions and corrections, and give authorized stewards an evidence-based path to monitor, investigate, intervene, and validate re-entry.

Personal IP Packets

Assemble versioned contribution records with evidence, attribution, and distinct permissions to inspect, share, or license. Support a proposed, separately approved connection to Syntelos Data Bank.

People and their contributions

SMEs contribute constraints, tacit cues, exceptions, and judgments. Creators contribute environment design and tested task logic. Workers contribute observed actions, stated rationale, and corrections. Stewards contribute review, interventions, and validation. The packet preserves these roles and their evidence.

From human work to the Data Bank

Human Work owns the participant and review experience in this product model. Syntelos Data Bank is the proposed destination for separately authorized discovery and reuse. Spyris contributes attribution and rights infrastructure; Archetypal AI supplies the governance direction; AI Labs FutureWorks supports product development and adoption.

A clear boundary around reuse

Practice, hiring assessment, paid work, research, and model training have separate purposes and permissions. A Personal IP Packet records contributions and rights claims; it does not automatically establish ownership, a patent, a training license, or a royalty. Physical-AI exports require additional validation.

Connected ecosystem

Built with complementary capabilities.

Intellectual property

Connected IP foundations.

The following proposed uses of existing patents are technical mappings. Spyris Holdings is the underlying license holder; government patent ownership and the applicable license terms remain separate from Human Work’s product and research. Final claim mapping and required approvals must precede licensed use.

Evaluation priorities

Define what useful looks like.

A product conversation starts with the use case, the operating constraints, and the evidence needed for the next decision.

  • SME-reviewed task fidelity, usable authoring, and evidence that helps an enterprise answer a defined work question
  • Traceable contributions, independent review, corrections, and purpose-specific access to Personal IP Packet components
  • Reliable session control and permissioned exports; evaluate physical-AI usefulness separately from simulation performance

Development stages describe the scope represented in this catalog. Discuss current availability, supported integrations, and deployment requirements with the company.
