Its initial focus is Africa, with a geography-neutral strategy designed to grow across regions. The venture is being developed around an anchor data-center campus and a network of distributed facilities that can connect to the Capacitas federation. Mineral resources form a distinct development track alongside the power, connectivity, and physical infrastructure needed for compute. Each project begins with a defined site, scope, and evaluation of the resources and rights available to it.
